Case 3: Break & Johnston.
- Specify the issues that inspired the need for change in the company and what were those changes? (200-300 words)
- Critically analyse the changes the company implemented. Use relevant OD and ED theories to justify the utility of those changes (400-600 words)
- Suggest your own OD or ED plan for the company and theoretically justify your recommendations. For each identified issue the company faced at least suggest one OD or ED plan (400-600 words).
Case study analysis should be between 1000-1500 words. The case study analyses are academic documents and must meet the requirements of academic rigour, that is; clear writing, strong analysis, and relevant referencing (APA style, either the 6th or 7th editions).
Case study analysis should draw upon at least five high-quality academic references (refereed journal articles; book (chapter)s); and your paper should include a cover page.
